Norma Mae (Bondurant) Nunn

Norma Mae Bondurant Nunn age 91 of Westfield, NC passed away at Mountain Valley Hospice SECU Home Yadkinville, NC on Friday December 24, 2021. She was born to Joel and Claudie Bondurant on October 12, 1930. She was a devoted wife to Alcury Houston Nunn for 75 years, and a loving mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, and great-great grandmother. She enjoyed quilting and flowers, her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great. grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Alcury Nunn; son Ronnie (Jaqueline) Nunn; three daughters Karen Collins, Cheryl (Mike) King, and Carla (Lawrence) Smith; two sisters: Ruth Watts, and Helen Mitchell; twelve grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Joel Samuel and Claudie Ward Bondurant; two sons, Blaine Nunn and Myron Nunn; and a sister Katherine Forrest.

The family will receive family and friends on Wednesday December 29, 2021  from 1:00-2:00pm at Asbury Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will follow the service at 2:00pm, with Pastor Terry Collins and Pastor Rickey Rogers officiating.  Interment will be at Francisco Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
