Oliver Lee Montgomery

Mr. Oliver Lee Montgomery, age 88, of Lexington, passed away on April 20, 2025, at Forsyth Medical Center.

He was born on November 25th, 1936, in Surry County, North Carolina to the late Frank Montgomery and Hazel Pratt Montgomery.

Mr. Montgomery worked as a Truck Driver and was a self employed woodworker.

Mr. Montgomery also served in the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his sons, Robert Montgomery, David (Sandra ) Montgomery; daughters, Sherry Gibson, and  Terri McCloskey; 12 Grandchildren; and 9 Great- Grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Montgomery was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Montgomery; and daughter Lorri Bell.

A graveside service will be conducted, at Mount Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery at 2:00pm on Monday, April 28, 2025.
