Richard "Todd" Watson

Mr. Richard "Todd" Watson, age 54, of Pilot Mountain, NC passed away on August 9, 2021 at his home in Pilot Mountain.

He was born on February 11, 1967, in Greensboro, NC to the late Mal Wray Watson and Mildred Faye McHone Watson.

Todd worked as a brick mason foreman for Frank L. Blum and  was in the brick yard since his teenage years. He was a member of the Christian faith and was a family man that loved his family deeply.  Todd was a hard worker, a man that truly lived life to the fullest and enjoyed taking rides on his Harley Davidson.

He is survived by his wife, Tabitha Childress Watson of the home; sons, Quenton Levi Watson and Travis James Watson; brothers, Tim Ray (Desirae) Watson, Brian Dale (Tina) Watson, Mal Wray Watson II, EJ (Michelle) Watson, James Patrick (Heather) Watson; sisters, Sherry Rae (Bill) Waller, Robin Lynn Shelton, Jennifer Dawn Love; as well as many close nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Holy Cross Missionary Baptist Church on York Road in Mt. Airy, NC with Pastor Butch Holder officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials/donations may be made in Mr. Watsons honor to Mountain Valley Hospice.
