Roxie Mae (Key) Crissman

Mrs. Roxie Mae Key Crissman, age 90, of Siloam, passed away on February 13, 2024, at her home.

She was born on October 14th, 1933, in Surry County, North Carolina to the late Byrd Albert and Dora Hutson Key.

Mrs. Crissman worked as a seamstress for Drapery House for many years; she loved crocheting and making curtains. She enjoyed being outside, gardening, and fishing. Her son was her world and anything he wanted to do she was right there with him.

She is survived by her son, Darius Crissman.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Crissman was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Crissman; two sisters, Ruby Hall and Alice Shew; five brothers, Vance Key, Granville Key, Bob Key, Sam Key, and Ernest Key.

A graveside service will be conducted on February 19th, 2024 at 2:00pm at Pine Hill Church.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Roxie Crissman funeral care fund at Cox-Needham Funeral Home.
