Ruby Marsh

Mrs. Ruby Marsh, age 81, of Pinnacle, passed away on March 25th ,2023 at Surry Community Health and Rehab Center.

She was born on April 27th,1941, in Surry County, to the late Johnny and Aline Shinault.

Mrs. Marsh worked as a housekeeper. She loved to sing, cook, sew, embroider, and she loved flowers.

Mrs. Marsh is survived by daughters, Doris (Ronnie) Marsh of Pinnacle, Margaret Hunt of Pilot Mountain, Jennifer (Tony) Moser of Pinnacle; sons, Terry (Katie) Hunt of Pilot Mountain, Ronnie (Deborah) Hunt of Pilot Mountain, Jeffery (Robin) Hunt of Cana, Rickey (Joy) Hunt of Pinnacle; fifteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents Mrs. Marsh was predeceased by husband of forty-three years, Leonard Hunt; late husband, Fredrow Marsh; one brother; and three sisters.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday 29th,2023 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 1pm with Robert Culler, Mike Springston, and Bobby Jenkins officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Primitive Baptist Church.
