Tammy Hale Lewis, 60, of Mount Airy, passed away at Wake Forest Medical Center on December 15, 2020. Born May 24, 1960, she was the daughter of Benjamin and Mable Slater Hale. She leaves behind her mother; a son; two brothers; two sisters; and three grandchildren.
