Tony Ray Sage

Mr. Tony Ray Sage, age 64, of Pinnacle, passed away on January 15, 2024, at his residence.

He was born on November 3rd, 1959, in Forsyth County, North Carolina to Harold Ray Sage and Ardith Faddis Sage.

Mr. Sage worked at Lowes Foods, for 20 years as a meat cutter. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, and board games. In addition, Mr. Sage loved music, movies, and playing with his granddaughter. He was a member of Shoals Baptist Church. Mr. Sage was most known for his sense of humor and personality.

Mr. Sage is survived by his father, Harold Ray Sage and his mother, Ardith Faddis Gwynn;  sons, Kendall Ray Sage, and William Chad Sage; and granddaughter, Sephira Angel Sage.

Mr. Sage was predeceased by his wife Carolyn Renee’ Scott Sage; stepfather, Jerry Gwynn; both maternal and paternal grandparents; and aunts, uncles and cousins.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 22, 2024 at Shoals Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Joey Lane officiating.
