Walter Lee Bryant, Jr.

Mr. Walter Lee Bryant, Jr., age 59, of Pilot Mountain, NC, passed away on March 29, 2018, at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. He was born on April 28, 1958, in Rockingham County, NC to the late Walter Clayton Bryant and Daisy Marie Lewis Bryant.

Mr. Bryant is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Leigh Ann Southern and husband, Samuel and Maggie Elaine Hassan and husband, Moustafa; a son, Benjamin Rufus Bryant and fiancée, Alisha Nelson; a sister and brother-in-law, Patricia Danley and husband, Greg; a brother and sister-in-law, Steve Bryant and wife, Vicki; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Clayton and Daisy Marie Lewis Bryant; a sister, Gloria Bryant; and two brothers, Melvin Bryant and Kenneth Bryant.

A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, April 6, 2018, at 2:00 P. M. at Cox-Needham Funeral Chapel with Bro. Don Collins officiating. Interment will follow in the Rockford Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Cox-Needham Funeral Home from 12:00-2:00 P.M. prior to the service.
