Annie Ruth Lynch Ellis was a classmate of mine at King High School. We graduated in 1952 from King High School after being close classmates. She was always a quiet, sweet girl and all of the girls in our class and school were fond of her. After marriage, I remained in King and Annie Ruth lived in Winston-Salem. Therefore, we seldom saw each other, but spoke by phone. A group of our class met on Tuesday and we saw pictures recently made of Annie Ruth and talked of her. I only found out late this evening (Thursday) of her passing. She will always be remembered as a dear friend, know she is not in pain now and in heaven with her husband, family and friends. With love, Peggy Hall Wall.

Dear family,
Annie was my friend. During the last year I visited her as Hospice volunteer about 2 times a month. She always had a smile for me; although, she couldn't always remember who I was. We sat together, talked a little bit, and watched TV together. It was a blessing to get to know her. I will remember her.
Thank you for letting me serve as her Hospice volunteer. May God send his blessing and comfort to you.
Sincerely,
Suzanne Frei
