Helen Angell, age 75, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.
She was born on March 26, 1940 in Irvine, KY to the late Edgar Johnson and Dorothy Richards.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Nellie Noland; and two step-children, George Angell and Holly Kelly.
Mrs. Angell is survived by her husband, Garvin Angell; one son, Steve Dozier and friend, Charles Tilley; one step-son, David Angell and wife, Beth; one daughter, Deborah Nelms and husband, Paul; one step-daughter, Sally Thomas and husband, Darrell; one sister, Betty Ballard and husband, Wayne; six grandchildren, Chris Arnold and wife, Amanda, Ryan Angell, Matt Thomas, Brant Thomas, Nick Thomas, and Anne Christopoulos; three great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Cindy Swalby.
A private internment will be held Wednesday, February 10, 2016.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to your local Alzheimer’s Association.
