Roger Franklin Shelton

Roger Franklin Shelton, age 52, of Pilot Mountain, NC, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at his home. 

He was born on October 25, 1963 in Surry County, NC to the late Homer Franklin Shelton and Patricia Ann Arrington Shelton.

Mr. Shelton is survived by his wife, Zoe Fell Shelton; mother, Patricia Ann Shelton; two daughters, Olivia Marshall, Hannah Leah Hendricks and one granddaughter, Jaycelin Resendiz; one special uncle, Wayne Arrington; two special aunts, Verona (Don) Wright and Faye Hutchens.

Mr. Shelton was preceded in death by his father; two brothers, Mark William Shelton, Thomas David Shelton; grandparents, Howard and Jennie Arrington and Elvin and Bertha Webb; grandpa, Everett Franklin Shelton.

Funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor David Joyce officiating.  Interment will follow at Skyline Memory Garden.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April, 27, 2016 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
