Evelyn (Evans) Campbell

Evelyn Evans Campbell, age 91, of Low Gap, NC, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Dunmore Plantation.

She was born on December 5, 1925 in Rockingham County, NC to the late John Jefferson Evans and Ruth Derrick.

Ms. Campbell is survived by two sons, Dennis Daniel Campbell, Jr. and John Mack Campbell; a brother, JD (Jewel) Evans; two sisters, Dorothy Evans Smith and Pricilla (Ronnie) Evans Simmons; and several grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Dennis Daniel Campbell, Sr.; her parents; a daughter, Diane Campbell Stevens; and several brothers.

A Graveside Service will be conducted on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Albion Baptist Church at 2 P.M with Pastor Ricky Easter officiating.
